Different Minds.
Better Solutions.
We help individuals, business founders, and organisations unlock the strengths of different minds, rebuild daily systems, and solve complex operational and social challenges.
Rooted in Surrey & Wiltshire. In-person consultancy and community audits across the region; individual coaching nationwide via video call.
Common Friction Points
Where the breakdown actually happens.
Standard systems assume standard processing. When your environment doesn't match how your brain operates, friction turns into burnout or operational drag.
For Individuals & Founders
Administrative paralysis, unread email overload, chronic burnout from masking, and forcing rigid linear calendars onto spatial, non-linear brains.
For Business Teams
Miscommunication between management and front-line staff, high turnover of neurodivergent talent, bloated meetings, and friction in task delivery.
For Community Groups
Volunteer exhaustion, chaotic venue ops, grant application fatigue, and struggling to build genuinely inclusive local spaces.
What We Do
Three core areas of practice.
We bridge the gap between how a person’s brain works and how standard environments expect them to operate. No generic textbook advice—just practical, real-world systems.

How It Works
Talk first, build second.
-
Discovery conversation
We discuss where you, your business, or your community project are hitting friction, and outline what a practical fix looks like.
-
Targeted package or diagnostic audit
Whether it is a 3-month coaching sprint with asynchronous check-ins or an on-site operational diagnostic, we work around concrete deliverables.
-
Sustainable independence
You come away with sustainable routines, operational roadmaps, or working community structures that do not rely on ongoing management.
We don't try to fix people—we redesign the routines, workflows, and communication channels around how their brains actually work.
Engagement Options
Value-driven packages.
We focus on outcomes rather than clocking hours. Every engagement is scoped up front around defined goals and clear roadmap deliverables.
Initial discovery calls are free of charge. We support clients applying for UK Access to Work grants. Travel terms for in-person audits outside Surrey and Wiltshire are agreed prior to starting.
